Aikoda LLC is looking for a responsible Technical Assistant, who will be working closely with our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide technical and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
Job responsibilities
Understanding product features and workflow
Providing assistant support on technical issues to the CTO on various tasks and cases
Organizing tasks and delivery priorities
Working with and remind the CTO of impending tasks/deadlines
Handling project specific routines
Handling Email communication with stakeholders
Any other relevant administrative requests by the CTO, on an ad hoc basis
Required qualifications
Good knowledge of English is a must
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS is a big plus
Excellent word processing skills and good IT skills, with a willingness to learn
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Ability to perform basic research, digest, analyze and present material clearly and concisely
Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
Attention to detail
Honest, reliable, proactive and willing to take initiative
Good written and oral communication skills
