DoubleTree by Hilton Yerevan City Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and welcoming candidate for the position of Business Centre Agent.

Business Centre Agent is responsible for welcoming Business Centre guests, answering to their questions, taking care of high quality service during the events, preparing room setups for events and checking the equipment.

Main responsibilities:
• Organize Business centre operations, checking correspondence, reviewing and making orders to the Purchasing Department
• Maintain Business center efficiency by planning and implementing layouts, and equipment procurement
• Keep the standards and procedures of Business Centre, to communicate necessary adjustments to the Management before implementing
• Create and send the BEOs on time and accurately after receiving information from Event Manager. In case of special details to speak to the responsible person
• Organize set up process – to ensure that it is per the client’s request and based on our standards
• Check the sound system and microphones so that everything works properly for the event
• Inspect equipment for damage after use and check according to the inventory list
• Check accurately final calculation of each event and pass the final BEO to the Accounting Department
• Be responsible for appearance/cleanliness in foyer and meeting rooms
• Always be present during important events and take care of post event process
• Track future room setup on the basis of reservations

Required Qualifications:
• Higher education
• Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
• Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to resolve all situations in a professional manner, including problematic cases
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills
• Self-starter, well organized and extremely detail-oriented
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work well under pressure and effectively handle demands to prioritize responsibilities
• Strong team player, ability to collaborate with colleagues effectively
• Result-oriented and multi-tasking skills
