Haiasa is looking for Call Center Agents who are fluent in English, have strong
Problem-solving skills and are able to work at night at the Yerevan office.
This is an ideal opportunity to gain experience in international communications,
work with customers from all over the world via phone, email and develop customer
service skills. Our company is a start-up and you will take different responsibilities
and be a part of our development and growth.
The position is full-time with 11-hour night shifts from 22.00 to 9.00 and you work
on average 3.5 nights per week. You will report to the Call Center Manager.
● Answer customers’ calls and assist them
● Provide excellent customer service to our clients
● Help customers with their complaints and concerns via phone and email
● Write emails to customers and introduce our services
● Ensure continuous flow of information using the systems in place
● Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
● Knowledge of a European language (is an advantage)
● Have a university degree or be in the process of getting one (students can
● Have experience in call center or customer service (is an advantage)
● Have a positive and professional attitude
● Be able to competently write emails to the customers and team members
● Possess strong communication skills and pay attention to detail
● Computer speed and savviness; familiarity with Google apps is a plus
● Able to work at night
● Be fast-learner
