Position Requirements:
*NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED - We will provide proper training needed to succeed
* Possess strong communication and negotiation skills and be able to work under pressure
* Negotiate Rates to Customers and Brokers and lock in the best rates to maximize profit
* Basic computer proficiency, i.e. load boards, email, transportation programs
* Ability to work monday-friday 4pm-1am (1 hour break)
* Being on time, prompt, and prepared on a daily basis
* Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills
* Bilingual is a plus (Spanish/Armenian)
General Job Duties:
* Booking Freight and developing relationships with brokers and customers
* Staying up to date on freight trends
* Knowing backhaul/headhaul markets and the relevant pricing
* Soliciting new shippers to gain direct freight
* Completing new customer contracts
* Pre-planning your assigned drivers
* Providing driver updates to the customers
Pay is 100,000AMD Minimum, plus %.
