Iguan Systems is looking for a human resource manager. The human resource manager is directly responsible for the administration, coordination and management of human resources functions. The HR manager coordinates hiring, benefits, training and employee relations. The manager also advises staff regarding employment regulations, policies and practices; ensures that organization practices are in compliance with local requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Managing planning and timeline coordination
- Coordinating web development projects
- Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
- Making sure the quality standards are met
- Managing the projects from start to the end
