Jellyfish LLC is looking for an IIKO OPERATOR/ FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR to join our team.
Job responsibilities
- Operate the ''iiko'' program: restaurant automatization system:
a) Insert all the required information into the program, including the storage turnover, purchases, write-offs, transfers;
b) Create and manage the calculations upon request;
c) Insert and manage the monthly inventories;
d) Insert cash and bank transactions;
e) Insert any other information which is required upon request;
- Manage communications with accountants when its necessary;
- Manage the restaurant's financial and administrative document flow;
- Create all the necessary monthly and annual reports that are provided within the ''iiko'':
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience with ''iiko'' program as an operator and calculator;
- Higher education, preferably in financial sphere;
- Knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages, to be able to operate the program accuratelyand manage the document flow in two languages.
