Mixxup Agency is inviting candidates for an Office Manager position to undertake all administrative duties at the office.

Job responsibilities:
1. Arrange meetings and managing databases.
2. Organize office operations and procedures.
3. Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
4. Manage the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment.
5. Produce reports, compose correspondence, and draft new contracts.
6. Make presentations and other management-level reports.
7. Organize written communication with office customers via email (mainly in English and Russian).
8. Coordinate office listings in printed and online ads.
9. Other office activities.

Required qualifications:
1. High proficiency in speaking and writing Armenian, English and Russian languages.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point)
3. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to learn and orientate quickly.
6. Positive, pragmatic, professional attitude with good interpersonal skills.
