What should you do?
1. Negotiate with clients (by phone, in writing and live)
2. Provide advice to clients and customers on offers.
3. Conduct a real estate survey.
4. Carry out transactions (compiling and collecting documents, assessing real estate, drawing up contracts).
5. Reach or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
6. Perform other duties arising from the position.
What do you need to have?
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian languages.
2. Knowledge of computer programs
3. Excellent customer service skills
4. Ability to work in a team,
5. Strong time management skills,
1. Excellent negotiation, presentation and sales skills
1. ability to solve several problems at the same time,
2. ability to orientate quickly.
Salary :fixed+%.
