Service Center Advisor is responsible for creating and maintaining high level company image by providing a great clients experience across all service centers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
-Assist customers to create virtual accounts with the company
-Assist customers to search/ find goods and products and make online purchases
-Explain features, advantages and benefits of the services offered by the company
-Maintain neat and tidy office environment
-Submit customer purchase orders to purchasing agents
-Assist customers to pick up their received orders
-Assist in stock control and management
-Deal with customer complaints according to Company’s Customer Complaint
-Procedure
-Perform other related duties as assigned.
