Job description:
Media Live is seeking an active and communicative Call Center Agent to join our Customer Service team.

This is a full time position with mixed shift working schedule, from (09:00 - 21:00, 21:00 - 09:00)

Job responsibilities
-Answer incoming calls
-First line of support
-Provide excellent customer service and strong interpersonal relations
-Educate customers on products and services
-Working as part of a team
-Performs other duties as assigned

Required qualifications
-Excellent knowledge of Russian, English, Georgian, Spanish languages ( minimum two languages)
-Excellent listening and communication skills
-Customer service skills
-Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure
-Ability to work as a part of a team
-Ability to be patient and understanding
-Experience in the field is a plus
