BALDI is looking for native Georgian speaking customer support specialists, who will work on Full Time basis in Yerevan, Armenia.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be responsible for Customer Support related tasks, including (but not limited to):
Respond to calls regarding baldi.ge website order placement, shipping, returns and any other related questions.
Respond to customer emails and messages on different social media platforms.
Make calls to acquire potential customers.
Place orders and perform content management tasks related to Georgian website baldi.ge.
Assist the marketing team with Social media campaigns targeted towards Georgian customers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Native Georgian Speaker
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Past Experience in Customer Service field – Preferred
Energetic and Enthusiastic about helping customers
Flexible to work independently and as a part of a team
