Mr. GYROS company is looking for shift managers to control product and service quality in the branch>
Job responsibilities:
Work with the restaurant staff to ensure quality service, great food, and cleanliness
Ensure employees' awareness of the company's regulations
Organize work schedules, help employees to fulfill their job responsibilities correctly
Solve all the issues that arise in the workplace
Required qualifications:
Teamwork ability
Time management skills
Ability to classify issues according to priority
Ability to provide fast and complete solutions to the issues that arise in the workplace
High level of self-control and emotional restraint
Ability to work under pressure
Administrative, financial, computer skills (MS Office, Internet)
