We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue by developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the IT sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics and report on progress towards targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in IT sales.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to clients.
Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
