Logistics Forward is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team. The employee will be handling a daily dispatch operations. He/she must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm for helping our clients.
Work hours: Monday-Friday – 17:00-01:00
Payment: Commission 25-35%
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Dispatching drivers for pick-ups and deliveries
• Tracking drivers and equipment to facilitate the timely delivery of containers to their final destination
• Answering driver and broker's incoming calls; send and respond to emails related to shipments. (80-100 calls)
• Providing customers with information on services, rates, equipment availability and shipment status
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent listening, interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented,
• Ability to stay positive in stressful situations
• Excellent knowledge of English
