Envoy Hostel and Tours is seeking a new team member to recruit for the Receptionist / Tour Guide role to join our enthusiastic team.

Joining our team, your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
• Greet and welcome guests
• Make bookings and respond to booking emails in a timely professional manner
• Conduct check in/out processes
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling and report shift takings at the end of shift
• Mingle and mix with the guests to create a fun and happy atmosphere
• Provide excellent customer service and help with guest travel requests
Required qualifications
Passionate about the Tourism Industry
Enthusiastic with a happy disposition
Committed and responsible
Organised with strong teamwork skills
Strong customer service skills
Fluency in English, written & spoken (additional languages a plus)
