Job Responsibilities
Communicating with people over the phone
Accomplishing monthly target related results
Updating job knowledge by attending training sessions
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future activities

Excellent speaking skills in English
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Professional telephone manner
Capacity to work under time pressure
Positive attitude
