Work schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off (08:30am - 08:30pm)
Joining our team, your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Greet and welcome guests
Make bookings and respond to booking emails in a timely professional manner
Conduct check in/out processes
Maintain accuracy in cash handling and report shift takings at the end of shift
Mingle and mix with the guests to create a fun and happy atmosphere
Provide excellent customer service and help with guest travel requests
