Job responsibilities:
Issue rate confirmations promptly and accurately.
Set up new carriers in the system, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and compliant.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational documents.
Assist in preparing and filing necessary documentation for freight operations.
Provide support in resolving any documentation or operational issues.
Assist in ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards within the industry.
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Required qualifications:
Spoken and written English (B2 and above).
Good communication, negotiation and selling skills.
Desire and motivation to learn new things.
Capability to work with schedule 4PM-1AM and be active outside working hours.
Ethical conduct and responsibility.
Detail oriented, multi-tasking ability.
