We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Dispatch Team Lead.
Job responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the dispatch team to efficiently dispatch personnel and resources to meet customer demands and operational requirements.
Provide real-time support to the dispatch team to ensure smooth operations in the field.
Collaborate with managers to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in dispatch operations.
Track and report key performance indicators related to dispatch operations, providing insights for improvement.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of all service calls, dispatch details, and customer information.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and empathetically.
Required qualifications:
Spoken and written English (B2 and above).
Good communication, negotiation and selling skills.
Desire and motivation to learn new things.
Capability to work with schedule 4PM-1AM and be active outside working hours.
Ethical conduct and responsibility.
Detail oriented, multi-tasking ability.
