Golden Palace Hotel Yerevan is looking for a young, dynamic, self-motivated SPA RECEPTIONIST

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and guide clients to the spa procedures;
• Answer phone calls;
• Provide detailed information of spa treatments and services to clients;
• Manage reservations, changes, and cancel appointments;
• Process payments from clients for a spa.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree;
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English;
• Guest/customer relations experience, preferably in a hospitality environment;
• Good knowledge of computer skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to multitask and prioritize;
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times;
• Ability to handle conflict and resolve problem situations in a level-headed manner.
