Description:
Altacode is seeking an experienced IT lead generation specialist to work in a dedicated team for a long-term project with an international client. We need open-minded professionals with advanced technical and communication skills and practice in distributed teamwork and multitasking. Potential incumbents shall have a high sense of responsibility, commitment, and a result-driven mindset.

Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Bachelor's degree.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a must
Must have communication skills.
Analytical abilities.
Phone, email, and chat communication skills.
Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Team Work
Self-motivated and well-organized
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers

Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify sales leads
Lead generation of new leads for regular sales cycles.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify all lead sources properly.
Oversee client relationship management through direct contact and other channels as needed.
Provide support on marketing initiatives.
Work closely with sales managers/Salesforce representatives to develop strategies to drive conversion rates across multiple channels
Completes market research and monitors competitor activity
Makes recommendations for the customer
Maintains documentation of customer contact and account updates
Maintaining relationships with potential clients by providing them with information about new products or services offered by the company
Identifying opportunities to generate leads through research, such as surveys or focus groups
Cold-call and email prospects to qualify the lead; identify decision-makers to begin a sales process
Use research software to seek out decision-makers
