Then this might be the role for you! Envoy Hostel and Tours is seeking a new team member to recruit for the Night Shift Receptionist role to join our enthusiastic team.

The night shift position requires you to remain awake, alert and active for the entire length of the shift. Joining our team, your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
* Greet and welcome guests
* Make bookings and respond to booking emails in a timely professional manner
* Conduct check in/out processes
* Maintain accuracy in cash handling and report shift takings at the end of shift
* Mingle and mix with the guests to create a fun and happy atmosphere
* Provide excellent customer service and help with guest travel requests
Required qualifications (optional)
Passionate about the Tourism Industry
Enthusiastic with a happy disposition
Committed and responsible
Organized with strong teamwork skills
Strong customer service skills
Fluency in English skills, written & spoken (additional languages a plus)
No previous experience necessary.
