NRGaming is looking for a Sales Development Representative specialist.
You will be responsible for managing the sales process of our projects. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Job responsibilities

.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
.Set clear sales goals and objectives for the team, monitor performance, and implement action plans to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
.Evaluate and improve the sales process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all sales activities.
.Working with a customer base (attracting, servicing and developing customers)
.Selling the company's products according to the technique of sales by phone and in person (establishing contact, identifying needs, presenting products, working out objections
.Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
.Build and maintain relationships with partners to ensure customer satisfaction and growing sales
.Analyze the market and identify new sales and business opportunities for the company

Job requirements

.Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
.Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar roles are highly desirable
.Proficiency in English is a must
.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
.Deep understanding of sales strategies, methodologies, and market dynamics.
.Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making.
.Result-oriented, quick learner and passionate for the field.
.Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing
.Ability to work with the team
