Areas of responsibility
Our Digital Marketers are in charge of follower acquisition, content development and content quality of our social platforms while simultaneously innovating our communication processes. You will have a key role in innovating how we communicate both internally and externally. You will receive thorough training through our innovative Marketing and Leadership Development program and become included in the everyday strategic decision making in that department. As a part of the communication team, you are resourceful, detail-oriented, thrive on responsibility, and take ownership of your tasks. Finally, you are a character able to think both structurally as well as creatively.
Key tasks include
• Coordinate website design and development
• Create and implement the content strategy
• Optimise website structure and content for search engines (SEO) and the use of paid online advertising (SEM)
• Convert social media visits into online sales
• Manage the online presence and brand of a company
Your profile
We are searching for candidates who have excellent communication skills, possess teaching and/or leadership potential and are fast learners. You are an eager and open-minded person with great desire to grow and learn. Experience with communication and marketing is a highly preferred. However, your passion within this field and eagerness to grow is equally important. In conclusion, thinking outside the box is a natural part of this job, and you must be able to adapt to the marketplace. Also, as our Armenian team is a new unit, you must be able to thrive and navigate in a hectic start-up environment.
